Climate Capital Application Form Logo
  • CPC Climate Capital Intake Form

  • Funding from the National Clean Investment Fund is currently frozen with the Financial Agent. Without access to these funds, we are unable to continue processing existing applications, and potential borrowers in the CPC Climate Capital pipeline are experiencing delays in the financing of their projects.

We have received significant interest in our financing since we opened our Intake Portal in November of 2024. To date, we have received inquiries from more than 39 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Islands, totaling more than $3 billion in financing that could be deployed by CPC Climate Capital.

As our existing pipeline volume exceeds the goals we set for our first tranche of loans and with funding currently on hold, we are temporarily closing our application Intake Portal while our team continues reviewing the financing requests received to date.

We continue to monitor these developments and will communicate updates as pertinent information becomes available.

We remain committed to the goals of our program, and we look forward to resuming our work together to finance and create energy-efficient multifamily housing in communities across the country.
