Thank you for your commitment to decarbonizing your multifamily building! There has been tremendous interest in our subordinate debt products and by completing this intake form, you will be providing the information we need to consider your project for financing. CPC Climate Capital is actively working to stand up our product offerings and hopes to be fully operational by the end of Q1 2025. As such, we will have limited capacity for projects that will close prior to March 31, 2025. We appreciate your patience as we staff up to handle the incredible volume of transactions that are being submitted.
